Achievements

In 1999 HERSA received the Gold Award (Daimler Chrysler) in recognition as a provider of superior performance. In 2010 we were certified by Nissan Tooling Japan. In 2009 we received the certification granted by FCA to design and manufacture Checking Fixtures.

2021

To date

Today, having more than 40 years of experience and 230 employees, HERSA offers advanced engineering and manufacturing services to the main manufacturers of the Automotive Industry in Mexico.

2011

First robotic cell

HERSA developed its first Flexible robotic cell for an FCA project. This project is being developed with 100% Mexican engineering complying with quality standards and customer service.

2009

Consolidated and positioned

This year HERSA consolidates itself as a Mexican integrator company for the development of production lines and automatic devices for the automotive sector, this due to the increase in human capital, business partners, infrastructure and above all, quality in it products and services.

This year, the HERSA developed full robotized assembly line projects and automatic stations competing always with foreign companies.

2005

Design and manufacturing

In this year, DISHER de Morelos is transformed into what it is today, HERSA ( Herramientas y Servicios Automotrices SA de CV) with the goal of competing internationally and increasing the client portfolio.

1998

Design and manufacturing

The new company “DISHER de Morelos” generates more and better commercial relationships with assemblers in Mexico such as: FORD, GMC, NISSAN and CHRYSLER and increases its infrastructure and equipment by creating the Department of Mechanical Design and Control, with this DISHER is recognized as one of the pioneering companies in offering these services for the Automotive sector in Mexico.

In this same year, DISHER develops its first major project integrating 44 Front module subassembly tools and front rails, which are developed under the “Key on hand” concept for Chrysler in the PT-44 project.

1995

A new age

In this year, a new era begins in the company, since the commercial relationship between the founding partners is dissolved. However, this is not the end, rather, it is a new beginning one of the founding partners decides to promote a new company that can offer quality products and services focusing on the automotive industry.

1981

Start Operations

In this year, Industrial Morelos SA de CV consolidates itself as an official supplier of Nissan Mexicana and Chrysler and began a learning process for manufacturing assembly fixtures in automotive lines. The range of services was also expanded by offering maintenance, manufacture, and installation of assembly devices in conjunction with the Coordination and “Assembly plant design” departments.

1979

Founded in 1979

In this year, the foundations of the company were created, under the name of “Industrial Morelos SA de CV” in the city of Cuernavaca, with the participation of 3 partners who promoted the company in the business of high precision machining for its main clients, such as “Industrias Tecnos”, “Moresa” and “IACSA”.

Industrial Morelos SA de CV” remained in this business for the next 12 years however, the companys vision forced the search for new clients and sectors and eventually venturing into the automotive industry. Due to this, in the following 2 years, “Industrial Morelos SA de CV” began relationships with two of the most important assembly companies established in Mexico, such as “NISSAN Mexicana” and Chrysler.
